Ms. Craver is a partner of McNeil Tropp & Braun LLP. She is an experienced litigator and trial attorney who is licensed in both California and Nevada. She has a very active caseload with primary responsibility in handling cases through resolution. She has successfully tried, arbitrated and mediated numerous cases in both California and Nevada on behalf of her clients. She was also successful in orally advocating her client’s position in the case of Ward v. Walsh before the California Court of Appeals.
The primary concentration of her practice is in the areas of general liability, premises liability and insurance defense. She also has experience in the areas of medical malpractice defense, employment law, insurance coverage, business transactions and business litigation and has represented clients engaged in the default servicing, banking, mortgage lending and mortgage servicing industries in litigation matters.
Ms. Craver received her Juris Doctor from Whittier College School of Law, Costa Mesa, California in 2009 and Bachelor of Arts from Santa Clara University, California in 2006 with a major in communications. While in law school, Ms. Craver also earned a Certificate in Legal Writing, a Certificate in International and Comparative Law and was a competitive member of both the Moot Court and Trial Advocacy Honors Boards at national and international levels.
From 2015 through 2023, Ms. Craver was selected by her peers as a Super Lawyer Rising Star. She is a member of the State Bar of California, the State Bar of Nevada, and the Orange County Bar Association. Ms. Craver also enjoys mentoring and managing new associates and law clerks of the firm.
When away from the office, Ms. Craver loves to spend time with her young children, husband and is always planning the next travel adventure.
